Installation, Training or Review
We support all versions of QuickBooks that are less than 5 years old.
Installation & Set-Up
We will prepare your Chart of Accounts, Standard Financial Statements, Vendor and Employee templates as well as other basic set-up options based on the specific requirements of your business.
We will then prepare the information for you to download on your computer.
Training
We provide training in our office or at your business. Generally it is easier and less expensive for the training to be at our office.
Most training is done in short sessions of 30-45 minutes. We do not try to train you on every aspect of the software in one session. Each session is designed to cover one or more areas that you choose such as: Invoicing, Check Writing, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, Sales Tax, Financial Statements. We have found this method to be the most effective training.
Review
We can provide weekly, monthly or quarterly review of your QuickBooks inputting. Our review can be done in person, by email or directly over the internet (if you have GoToMyPC )
Fees
QuickBooks installation, training and review services are billed at $79.50 per hour.
